Frame Style:

Z2FS1 ZR – Titanium Frame Ultimate TiFIT –  Minimal adjustability. 265lb weight limit. 150lb weight limit for seat sizes 10”x10” to 12”x12”.
For rear seat width and seat depth B ≥ 15” use K0005. For rear seat width and seat depth < 15” use E1235.

Frame Upgrades:

ZHDR1 – Heavy Duty Frame – 300lb weight limit. No charge when 20” rear seat width and 20” seat depth are selected. Includes billet aluminum front
wheels. Requires tension adjustable by straps back upholstery, Shadow, Spinergy SPOX or LX rear wheels. Only available with 0° or 2°
camber. Not available with Slipstream or Glide forks, carbon fiber camber tube, velcro adjustable upholstery, swing away tubular armrests
or swing away flip back tubular armrests.

Transit Options:

ZWTB  – Transport Brackets –  Consists of four tie-down brackets. Unoccupied use only. Please refer to the ZR Transport Bracket

Rear Seat Width: (A)

Measure from outside of seat tube at back post to the outside of the opposite seat tube at back post.

Front Seat Width: (T)

Measure from inside of front frame tube to inside of opposite front frame tube.

ZFSW1 –  No Taper – 2.5” narrower than rear seat width. Standard
ZFSW3 – 1.5” Taper – 4” narrower than rear seat width. Includes tension adjustable by straps seat upholstery. Not with 10” and 11” seat widths. Bolton adjustable sling available through our Creative Mobility Division #20.

Seat Depth: (B)

Measure from front of back post to the front edge of seat sling. Front edge of seat sling will be at the beginning of the bend at front of chair frame, unless Glide™ or 90° Front Angle is ordered, in which case front edge of seat sling begins approximately 1” behind the bend.

Ergo Seat:

Measure from front of back post to beginning of upward bend of seat tube.

ZERG1 – ZR Ergonomic Seat – Comes standard with tension-adjustable by strap seat upholstery. Bolt-on adjustable sling available through our
Creative Mobility Division #20. Solid seat available through our Creative Mobility Division CMD #16.

Front Angle (L): Measure from frame front to floor.

Overall Frame Length (M): Measure from front of backrest to Front Edge of Footrest.

Seat to Footrest: (E)

Measure from front edge of seat sling to top rear of footrest. Measurement must be at least 2” shorter than Front Seat Height (C).

Select standard front end ‘I’ if no seat taper ‘T’ has been selected. Select V-front end ‘V’ if a seat taper ‘T’ has been selected.

ZFE1 – No V-Front Taper – ‘I’ Find your rear seat width ‘A’ in the chart below and select one of the options to the right. Measure from inside of front
frame tube to inside of opposite front frame tube.

Measure angle from front of back post to floor. 90° will be perpendicular to the floor. To approximate the angle from the back post to the seat, subtract 2 degrees from measurement (G) for every 1/2” of dump.

Center of Gravity: (H)

Measure from front of back post at the seat tube to the center of the rear axle. If no center of gravity is selected, chair will ship with the center of gravity in the most rearward position. 0° not available with swing-away push handles.

Rear Wheel Spacing: (J)

Measure from outside of seat back post to inside of rear tire. 3/4” Rear Wheel Spacing not available with 0° or 2° Camber (K).

Please provide sleeve width and depth (inches).  Add 1” to
device depth and 0.25” to width. Best when used with tension adjustable bolt-on upholstery. Some limitations may apply.
