Payment and Insurance
At Sportaid, we strive to make your purchase process seamless and convenient as possible. Here are some important details about payment options, insurance assistance, and our sales tax policy.
Payment Options
Website prices apply to cash, check, credit card, or PayPal payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please refrain from sending cash. Additionally, there is a $30 service charge on all returned checks and a $30 service charge for all credit card disputes.
Insurance Assistance
We are here to assist you with insurance claims, including workers’ compensation and group health insurance.
While we are not a Medicare provider, if you are seeking Medicare reimbursement, we recommend purchasing your equipment through a Medicare-enrolled provider.
If you are unsure about your coverage, please contact your insurance plan’s Benefits and Eligibility Department to verify your policy details. In most cases, a prescription and/or a Letter of Medical Necessity is required for reimbursement.
We are happy to provide the appropriate billing codes to help make the claims submission process as simple as possible for you.
Sales Tax Policy
Orders delivered in Georgia are subject to sales tax based on the total cost of merchandise, including shipping and handling as are Supracor orders delivered in California.
Some exemptions apply based on shipment locations and residency.
