Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are estimates and may not apply to international shipments or those outside the Contiguous 48 United States.
- Heavier items incur higher shipping costs. Sportaid will contact clients for confirmation of additional shipping charges if applicable.
Order Processing
- Most orders, excluding wheelchairs and special-order cushions, are shipped within 3-10 business days.
- Ground delivery is standard throughout the continental United States.
- Expedited shipping is available for most items with an additional charge.
International Shipping and Additional Charges
- Oversized boxes, wheels, or heavy items may incur extra charges.
- International shipping methods vary, call for details.
- For overseas shipping quotes, provide a complete address with country name and phone number.
- We will NOT charge your credit card or place your order for international shipments until you have approved the shipping costs.
Important Note
- Shipping charges do not include duty, taxes, or custom fees.
- You are responsible for understanding any restrictions or additional information required for delivery, especially international orders.
- If you do not receive shipping quotes via email within a day or two, check your spam folder.
- Contact us with any information that may help reduce shipping costs.
Our Return Policy
If something isn’t quite right with your purchase, we’ve got you covered. No matter the reason for the return, we believe your mobility solutions should meet your expectations, and we’re committed to making sure they do.
Return Window
Most unused merchandise can be returned for a refund or credit within 30 days of purchase.
Return Condition
The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Some items, like open urological products, shower and bath products, wheelchairs, wheelchair cushions, handcycles, transfer boards, and other medical supplies, are not returnable. Contact us to see if your item qualifies for a return.
How to return an item to Sportaid:
- Call customer service at 770-554-5033 for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning. Write the RA number on the package.
- For Sportaid/Medaid shipping errors, we’ll send a UPS label for return. For other returns, including warranty items, customers cover shipping costs.
- Return your items in original packaging, including documentation, in new, resellable condition.
- Once we’ve received your item, we will credit your credit card, send a refund check if paid by check/money order, or apply the credit to your Sportaid account for future orders.
A restocking fee of up to 35% may apply to eligible return items.
