Yes, most of our product line can be shipped outside of the USA! For orders outside the continental US, simply submit your order, and we will provide a shipping quote. Please note that additional charges may apply, and it’s your responsibility to be aware of any customs fees or restrictions.

Most unused merchandise can be returned for a refund or credit within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original packaging and unused. Some items, such as wheelchairs, bath equipment and medical supplies, are non-returnable. Please see our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

Sportaid assists with some insurance, including workman’s compensation and group health insurance. For Medicare reimbursement, it’s advisable to purchase from a Medicare provider. See our Insurance and Payment info here. 

We accept cash, check, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), and PayPal. Please avoid sending cash, note that there is a $30 service charge for returned checks and a $30 service fee for credit card disputes.

Orders delivered in Georgia are subject to sales tax based on the total cost of merchandise, including shipping and handling as are Supracor orders delivered in California. Some exemptions apply based on shipment locations and residency.

Yes, in most cases you will receive an email from UPS once your order is shipped. This allows you to monitor the delivery status and estimated delivery date.

While we don’t provide in-house financing, we recommend checking with third-party financing providers for options that may suit your needs. You can also check our list of funding options by state to connect with organizations and groups in your area that might be able to help you with the cost of equipment.

Most of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Check the product description or contact us for specific warranty information.

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.  It is your responsibility to contact our customer service team immediately to discuss any possible modifications or cancellations. Any orders that have been processed prior to notification are subject to return shipping charges as well as any restock fee that might be incurred from mfgr.
