Payment and Insurance

At Sportaid, we strive to make your purchase process seamless and convenient as possible. Here are some important details about payment options, insurance assistance, and our sales tax policy.

Payment Options

Website prices apply to cash, check, credit card, or PayPal payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please refrain from sending cash. Additionally, there is a $30 service charge on all returned checks and a $30 service charge for all credit card disputes.

Insurance Assistance

We are here to assist you with insurance, including workman’s compensation and other group health insurance. While we are not a Medicare provider, for Medicare reimbursement, it’s recommended to make your purchase from a Medicare provider.

If you are uncertain about coverage, please contact your benefits and eligibility department for policy details. Usually, prescriptions and/or letters of medical necessity are required for third-party reimbursement. It is your responsibility to provide us with the necessary paperwork.

Sales Tax Policy

Orders delivered in Georgia are subject to sales tax based on the total cost of merchandise, including shipping and handling as are Supracor orders delivered in California.

Some exemptions apply based on shipment locations and residency.
