I now know what users with this set up already know. It's an amazing solution to a rough ride. I was on the edge of the light to medium bushing. I went medium, but then contacted Froglegs who sent me the softer bushing that is perfect. It's frankly unbelievable how much this takes away the jolts the solid casters used to put through the chair frame. I can now go over grassy areas that were just not possible previously. Step ups that used to stop my chair dead, I now roll over with ease. Even on smooth surfaces it's a nice ride. 5 stars from me, a great addition I should have gone for when I purchased my chair new.

I have been an aircraft maintenance technician for about 14 years, living with partial foot amputations on both feet so my wheelchair helps me get around the huge campus, shopping etc. These things are great! I have aN Invacare Prospin 4x and kit itself was a littlie disappointing at first because it doesn't come with the large bolt to mount them, well I turn the bolts we had upside down and it works fine, just not as pretty. Anyway I bought new invare 'headtubes" and mounted these by inverting the mentioned bolts and wow, these are awesome casters! I frequency run into things like extension cords, air hoses, etc, that would eventually bend the large bolts attaching the casters just enough to make the casters bind, I feel confident that the frog legs will prevent that bolt from bending as well as increasing comfort.

Quickie 2 Folding Wheelchair

I have been using a wheelchair since 1979, during that time I have owned a number of wheelchairs, manual, power as well as handbikes. My current Quickie 2 was almost 20 years old, I am very active, this chair held up very well..but it was time for a new chair. After looking around I decided on another Quickie 2, it's lightweight, foldable and compact, making it easy for me to load up in my car on my own. Sportaid (Gwen) made sure every detail was taken care of and that I was 100% happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
