As i get older driving the truck is getting a little harder to turn with your finger in the spoke of the steering wheel, backing up is even harder. I looked at the cheaper spinner knobs and you get what you pay for, brought the sure grip, (here in canada there illegal on trucks) what a difference. No more sore fingers. The quick detach works great when mto trucks pull you over for inspection. Thumbs up going to get another for the pickup.
Advantages: Strong spinner.
Disadvantages: Cant find one.

Both the product and Sportaid warrant 5 stars. Wife had a debilitating stroke. She had to have a confidence-inspiring knob to enable her to drive again.
All knobs I tried were flimsy.
Finally worked my way to Sportaid and bought a Sure-Grip knob.
Installed it myself with no trouble. My wife immediately took to using it. She now drives through the thickest Washington DC traffic with confidence.
We now have the spinner knob on both cars.
And the folks at Sportaid got the knobs to me quickly and with no glitches in the paperwork.
Advantages: Solid fit without harming steering wheel.
Ball-bearing spindle makes one-hand turning a snap.
Disadvantages: I don't know of any.

Outstanding product! Solid attachment to mu Ram 2500 steering wheel. Quality of construction totally justifies the price. I started with a spinner from Amazon. There is no comparison. It’s only function was to let me know I liked using a spinner enough to invest in a professional quality one.
Advantages: Solid attachment to wheel. Precision movement due to the bearings. Quick release allows for removal when not wanted.
Disadvantages: None.
