Sportaid Wheelchair Tire Covers

It is good. Initially I was confused because I couldn’t put it on properly but then someone helped me. It is ok.

Totally worth it. Buying a second set for back up.

Advantages: Finally! Something that make my tires completely quiet on our hardwood surfaces! I'm married and with a newborn son, so silence is golden when either of them are sleeping. Easy to install/remove. Worth every penny.

Disadvantages: Picks up hair over time if you have pets. Not durable to use outdoors, so take them off before you leave home.

These tire covers have solved the black mark problem on my mother's carpet. I wish they came smaller for the front tires also. I ordered a second pair and have cut them down. Thanks for a great product.

There's not much to these things but they are more durable than they feel. I've had them 2 months, use every day, all day long, they show no signs of wear or tear. I love them.

Advantages: Stops the screeching sound a tire makes on hard floors. Keeps tire from marking up the floor.

Disadvantages: They can cause the chair to slide a little when transferring to/from bed, shower, etc. if you're not careful. A bit high-priced.

Great idea! My indoor wheelchair was dropping little bits of the tires all over the house. I thought I would have to replace the large wheels because of it, but then learned that replacement tires cost more than the whole chair! Fortunately, I found this website and purchased the covers, extending the life of the chair for a long time and ending the black rubber specks everywhere.

Advantages: Reasonable price, easy to use, easy to wash, no more black marks on the carpets!

Disadvantages: None. The covers do pick up pet fur, lint, etc., but what doesn't? It's easy to remove the covers and gently wash them.

I was pulling my hair out due to the fact the W/C was really making my floors and walls a mess.

Advantages: Covers are very easy to put on and my floors and walls stay cleaner longer.

Disadvantages: Haven't found any so far...but need some for small front wheels, with snaps perhaps?

I like my tire covers. don't change a thing.

Advantages: Keeps from streaking floors when coming in.

Disadvantages: None I can think of right now.

They work and do exactly what I wanted and that was to stop messing up the floors when tires are wet. They also seem durable so far. I will be buying them again for the purpose I use this item for.

Advantages: No more marks on floors! Black marks on tile and carpet.

Disadvantages: Wish it was made heavier. Material feels a bit thin.

Sportaid wheelchair covers arrived at the perfect time! I was getting my carpets cleaned and it’s nice that the carpet cleaners provide little booties for people to wear over there’s shoes but nothing for those in wheelchairs. When I saw that sportaid had the solution that would protect my newly clean carpet, I was so excited! I love my new wheelchair wheel covers! I will definitely buy another pair to keep in my wheelchair bag when visiting friends and family. Thank you so much!

Disadvantages: The first time I used the Sportaid wheel cover, I forgot to take them off when going outside.
No “disadvantages” of the product just my memory.

Awesome product, it fits like a glove to the wheels. Easy to used. My only wish it would be if you will have them for the small wheels as well.

These wheel covers work great. The wheels on my wheelchair that I use in my house always picked up anything on the floor and track it around my house. With these covers my floors stay track free!

Wish they made something for the front two tires I’m a active paraplegic and would always get my white tile floors ditty’s with wheel marks but this helped a lot almost 90% of the time the floors stay clean now

Great for avoiding squeaking on every turn on hardwood floors. I purchase them regularly. Their thin surfaces are actually great for me, since there is little space between my tires and my hand rests.
