Uro Bag System by Uro Concepts

Tried these out and they are functional. Great to wear around the house and they work like they should. I am a para(40+years) and use condom drainage constantly. I will order more. Have not used them under clothing but provided your pants are loose fitting they should be fine.

Advantages: No leg bag strap
Comfortable and wash easily
Well made, should last
Could probably make them yourself by sewing a pocket in similar underwear

Disadvantages: Expensive like everything else disabilty related
