This has been God sent. Very easy to use standing. I have not tried it while laying in bed because I can stand. Not having to use low toilet has been crucial to recovering from knee surgery.

Tried these out and they are functional. Great to wear around the house and they work like they should. I am a para(40+years) and use condom drainage constantly. I will order more. Have not used them under clothing but provided your pants are loose fitting they should be fine.
