It came just as I ordered it. Quality Control missed 6 loose bolts. I was having problems keeping my right break adjusted. Then I discovered the bracket that goes from top frame to bottom frame that holds the back wheel had moved. All three bolts were loose. Now I have scratches on my new chair. The other side was loose too. I could have gotten injured even more if the wheel moved back while transferring. Come on guys!
