These are the best gloves I've found in 40+ years of pushing a wheelchair. I measure right at 7", right between XS and S. The XS works great for me. The leather softens and stretches a bit, so it fits my hand well, doesn't roll around. As expected, these wear out where you use your hand the most. For me, at the base of the left index finger (where these are strategically reinforced) and at the heel of my right hand - didn't realize I use my hands differently. When I get these new I rub waterproofing wax used for hiking boots into them and let them sit for 24 hours, then start using them. My hands blacken for a few days as the leather leeches a little and the leather softens and starts to conform to my hand. These usually last me a year. For me well worth the $24 investment.
