I own this, i use it as my wheelchair cushion. I had cut a 2 in. high piece of firm foam to the same pattern as this roho and use it under my roho. Sitting on this each day has completely saved my poor rear. I had a horrible pressure wound for the past 4 to 6 yrs. was in the hospital a few times because of it. Using this cushion and the 2in. firm one under it completely healed my terrible wound. And my bottom side feels so good now.
