Wheelchair Tube 650 x 23 x 42mm Presta Stem

Actually, I was only half satisfied with my last purchase. The Valve stem of the presta valve malfunctioned. Why I have not returned the tube to Sportaid was simply because of the following: I was so close at getting to work, and finally gave up for my local bike shop could probably fix. Have not visited them yet as the other tube, I ordered two of the same , worked perfectly as usual.
